About our company
Zona Verde Homes is committed to creating affordable, sustainable housing for underserved communities—including Native American tribes, inner-city neighborhoods, unhoused populations, and small towns with fewer than 10,000 residents. Our mission is rooted in equity, resilience, and environmental responsibility.
Since July 2021, we’ve partnered with architects, structural engineers, and housing consultants to develop homes that are both cost-effective and built to last. After studying HUD housing projects and other affordable developments, we identified a clear opportunity to raise the standard—delivering homes that offer greater durability, energy efficiency, and long-term value.
Our proprietary Engineered Insulated Panels (EIPs) feature galvanized steel exteriors and reinforced load-bearing capacity, enabling each panel to serve as a structural element. This innovation not only streamlines construction but also ensures our homes meet—and often exceed—state and federal building codes. Independent structural engineering reports confirm compliance and performance across diverse jurisdictions.
Zona Verde Homes is more than a housing provider—we’re a catalyst for community revitalization, offering scalable solutions that blend technical innovation with social impact.
